I chose Precision because the comments on your website from customers in Sodus were very positive and two of them were people known to me. I was very impressed with Drew's knowledge and skills. He repaired both doors - one was not closing correctly and could not be locked, the other was minus the locking mechanism altogether. He gave me guidance on correct lubrication also. He was right on time, calling ahead of time to make sure I was at home.
