Would have given 10 Stars. My torsion spring on my garage door failed. I called Precision and Tech. Scott Fowler was at my door a short time later. He explained the situation, made some recommendations and got it done quickly. Very nice guy, super knowledgeable and everything works and looks great. Would highly recommend

This company is outstanding in all regards. I was impressed with the quick response after my initial call -- especially not having to wait a week for repairs. The service tech, Scott, was courteous, personable and presented himself in a professional manner. He was also very knowledgeable with his job skills. After his full inspection of my door/closer setup, I ended up replacing both springs and the cables and rollers. This was not due to high-pressured sales pitches, but as a result of his clear explanation of parts wear, along with a visual display of any part needing attention. Above all, I found the prices to be very acceptable. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service or purchase.
