My 1994 vintage garage door opener burned out yesterday. I called Precision to inquire about a new one and they were able to set me up with an appointment the same day. The technician {Logan} was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. In a short time he had a new opener installed and running. We are very happy with the work performed and his command of customer service skills.
