The technician, Anthony Femano, from Precision Garage Door was punctual, he arrived exactly when he said he would. We had damage to 2 panels in our garage door. He did a complete assessement of the damage to the panels. He was very honest in the options available to us to fix the damage verus purchasing a new garage door He was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our concerns.

Service technician Logan arrived promptly to diagnose and explain to me the problem with my inoperable, very old, garage door opener. I then decided a new opener was the course of action and Logan went into great detail my options to choose from. He also took the time to explain and show me how to use the new opener once installed which took under an hour. Thank you so much!

The whole experience was fantastic. From Joe coming out to offer us options, to Carter installing our door in heavy rain to Mike coming back the next day to install some decorative hardware, the whole team was professional and extremely courteous. Once called, these guys came out in a timely manner. Scott gave us an estimate and discussed what needed to be done and then did it! Scott did a great job, very clean and fast. Scott transformed not one but two of my garage doors from being dangerous and safety hazards to two doors that are now working better than they ever have. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, and in fact already have.
