I am a first time customer and called Precision Door because my regular company could not come for two weeks. My technicians Jason and Anthony called 18 min ahead and arrived exactly on time at 2pm. I received a no pressure evaluation and cost quote and work was done immediately in a professional way. I am totally satisfied for a job well done. I called Precision Garage Door today at 1pm. They were at my house by 4pm. The technician was delightful. He showed me the problem, gave me three options along with prices and let me decide. Because of the choice I made, he didn't have everything with him, so he will be back tomorrow to fix my door. I couldn't be happier. We cannot be more happy with the service we have gotten - Our tech was here in under an hour on an emergency call and was helpful and understanding in what had been a very stressful morning. Our garage is UNDER our home so getting things done fast was paramount and we ended up needing a new door ordered - Scott went out of his way to help us an make sure our home and animals were safe. We highly recommend this company after another stated their emergency service could not respond for 2 days. Precision was on the spot and here well before even the time window we were given.
