Excellent service arrived on time answered all my questions and how to do the things that were my responsibility (change the battery in the remote when it was needed, how to get a key made for the door) wasn't made to feel stupid with my lack of knowledge)

I called Precision Garage Door today at 1pm. They were at my house by 4pm. The technician was delightful. He showed me the problem, gave me three options along with prices and let me decide. Because of the choice I made, he didn't have everything with him, so he will be back tomorrow to fix my door. I couldn't be happier. I am confident I am getting a quality product at a fair price and there was zero hassle. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone I know!

We cannot be more happy with the service we have gotten - Our tech was here in under an hour on an emergency call and was helpful and understanding in what had been a very stressful morning. Our garage is UNDER our home so getting things done fast was paramount and we ended up needing a new door ordered - Scott went out of his way to help us an make sure our home and animals were safe. We highly recommend this company after another stated their emergency service could not respond for 2 days. Precision was on the spot and here well before even the time window we were given. Scott was an amazing representative of your company and we were so appreciative and surprised to have such a thoughtful and efficient experience.
