The tech was on time, polite and explained my options. He did not upsell me. It was evening, when we agreed, he got right to work, install a new system and tested and cleaned up. I would recommend this company

We were completely over-the-top impressed with Precision and the crew! We had a garage door emergency ( old door was hanging over vehicles as it came off the track) and Precision was prompt to come out to the house to look at it- and scheduled to remove the old door and install a new one. We had called a few other companies that wouldn't come out for a couple of weeks or so! Precision was able to supply a new door for us right away-luckily they had one in stock-otherwise would have to order it. Jerry was amazing as he helped to attach our old, but quality, electric opener to the new door. He is very helpful and knowledgeable-exactly what we needed. We couldn't be happier with this company! Precision was recommended by a relative. Joe advised options available and cost, decided to replace two garage doors, tracks, springs, and openers. Jerry spent a day installing everything, did a great job including cleanup and reviewing new equipment.
