In an emergency that occurred overnight my garage door would not open or close. This was a great experience. This was for 3 garage doors all of which needed work one needed to be totally replaced. The work was completed in less than 2 hours and everything was working properly. My technician was honest though and actually a really nice guy.

Timely visit to address my garage door problem. Very friendly, quickly assessed issue, explained problem and multiple options, completed the work quickly based on my choice of solutions, explained warranty (10 years parts and labor). The service person on the phone was a very good listener and was able to get me an appointment the next day. The service tech was prompt (called and arrived early), professional, clear, helpful, efficient, and overall pleasant. My garage door opener wasn't working properly. Steve came over promptly and diagnosed the issue right away. I did need a door "make-over" and Steve and his partner completed the job on time and without a problem. The door now opens with a whisper and works so much better. Would recommend anytime.

I needed prompt attention to fix a newly broken cable on our garage door and Precision/Cody were able to help us out! I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment online as it saves me time and lets me look at options on my own, without having to spend time with phone calls, returning calls, checking with repair team etc.. I made an appointment yesterday at 4:00pm and Cody was at my door today at 10:00am. He was personable, likeable, professional and informative. He showed up on time and was so helpful and likeable. He got the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. We are going to replace our garage doors in the very near future and was able to get info from Cody on that. We will definitely use Precision when that time comes.

Super easy to schedule online and I was surprised to get a tech out the same day. I called for service because there was an odd smell happening when I used the opener. When Anthony arrived he noticed many flaws on my old garage door mechanisms that were problematic and we talked about options. I was interested in fixing what was needed in order to prolong the life of my new opener, but mostly to have no troubles for years. Anthony was friendly and very knowledgeable about what to do. Anthony arrived promptly and was fully prepared to do the installation of a new garage door opener, not always a simple task in a 100-year old and hardly ‘square’ garage. My experience with Precision Door Service couldn't have been better. I was able to have them come out to my home in less than 24 hours. The technician was very competent and pleasant. I felt that he offered me several options on how to spend my money most wisely. He explained exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly at a very affordable cost.
