Our technician Stephen was very professional. The first time I reached out to precision, our 30 year old door had stopped working and they had a technician come out the very next day. Stephen gave my husband and I a recommendation, that our door was quite old and would probably need to be replaced at some point. Rather than waiting till our garage door broke again, we decided to replace it sooner than later. Stephan came out to our house and explained the process thoroughly and precisely. Very happy with our experience with precision.

Simply amazing! Garage door broke Tuesday night... Called Precision door on Wednesday afternoon and a wonderful young lady told me they could fix it Thursday morning. Jason came to my house at 8am, fixed my garage door springs and tightened up many loose screws that could have been a disaster in the future if not fixed. Excellent service starting with a text requesting repair on a malfunctioning door opener that was only several years old. Service tech arrived within 2 hours and swamped out the unit. Total time including reprogramming about 1/2 hour. Opener was covered under warranty. Extremely satisfied with Precision.

My garage door opener wasn't working properly. Steve came over promptly and diagnosed the issue right away. I did need a door "make-over" and Steve and his partner completed the job on time and without a problem. The door now opens with a whisper and works so much better. Would recommend anytime.

I needed prompt attention to fix a newly broken cable on our garage door and Precision/Cody were able to help us out! I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment online as it saves me time and lets me look at options on my own, without having to spend time with phone calls, returning calls, checking with repair team etc.. I made an appointment yesterday at 4:00pm and Cody was at my door today at 10:00am. He was personable, likeable, professional and informative. He showed up on time and was so helpful and likeable. He got the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. We are going to replace our garage doors in the very near future and was able to get info from Cody on that. We will definitely use Precision when that time comes.
