Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

It is so refreshing when one experiences a commitment to excellence and real world class customer service. Anthony Femano exemplifies these attributes - Precision Door is lucky to have such an employee - who exceeded my expectations in every way. I had Precision Door replace my garage door spring last October, and unfortunately, for whatever reason, one of the coils came loose this past week, breaking off and falling to my floor, only 13 months after I had a new on installed. When I called to make an appointment for someone to come and hopefully fix it, I wasn't sure what would be covered and if my warranty went past one year. I just knew I wanted and needed it fixed, and hoped they would do it as soon as possible. Anthony was my service technician. He called to tell me when he would be coming, later than both he and I had originally thought, and having made the apointment late in the day, I knew there was the possibility that he could run late. He wanted to make sure that this was good with me and that I would be home, as he was 70 miles away at the time. I appreciated the call, and his willingness to come and take a look at the situation. He was personable, professional, and very competent. Anthony took the time to diagnose and answer all my questions, putting my mind at ease by explaining things in a way that I could understand how the parts all work together. He not only was able to fix my problem by replaing the spring, he provided extra parts/changed some rollers to make the door work and sound better as he noticed they were rusty. He stated everything was covered under the warranty and I owed nothing. How wonderful is that? I mean those things rarely happen in today's dog-eat-dog world as many businesses are trying to recoup the "covid" money lost by this pandemic. I truly appreciate Anthony's integrity and commitment to excellence! Not just becuase it was me, but because you can see he treats every customer this way. He does the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Thank you Anthony! Thank God the world still has people like you in the service industry! When you experience this level of commitment to quality it should be shouted from the roof tops! Thank you, Precision Door, for making this right.

I have been in Customer Service my whole career except in the military and Vietnam for a total of 6 years. I have been a customer service manager for up to 90 repair personnel at one time!! I can't say enough for Precision sending Scott to my home to repair my garage doors. He was very pleasant and professional along with caring to do a great job. I felt sorry he had to come back for parts the second time but he did so without any hesitation and even apologized for having to do so !! A great repairman and definitely an asset to your company!

I was very happy with the service I received. Mr. Fowler arrived at the appointment on time and carefully reviewed what I needed. Rollers, cables and springs were worn. He was extremely professional and was concerned that he did a good job, as evidenced by the fact that he kept working on one side of the garage (which hadn't broken), in order to make sure the door worked smoothly. He found that the previous installer had used screws that were too long and were catching. This is a good company and you will be most fortunate if Mr. Fowler does your repair. Thank you.
