My technician was Brian who was very good, efficient and knowledgeable. My window of service was between 8-12 and Brian came around 12:30pm. He repaired the springs, Some hardware etc and installed a new key pad. Bill was $800.

Precision came by for a tune up and a button repair. The tech immediately quoted prices more than double what the main office had quoted. We called the office to ask to clarify the quote and they confirmed our initial estimate was correct and the tech was mispricing. They said they'd call the tech right then and there to give the right pricing, but they never did, at least while he was there. From the moment the tech arrived he was trying to upsell us and bait and switch on everything we had discussed with the main office. In addition the main office quoted a cost and said they would add a work order to install a rubber lip on our garage door. When the tech arrived he said he didn't have the parts and could not do the install, and he would have to come back another time, which would add the cost of another service call. This was my first time using Precision. The experience was terrible and I will never work with the company again.
