I would recommend this company but with reluctance on expectations with respect to their timeline to complete the project. Originally I placed on order for new garage doors. The sales experience was pleasant and fast. Likely too fast because the sales agent left out discussed items on the invoice and over projected the capabilities to complete the project. The initial timeframe to complete my project was exceeded by 6 weeks with zero follow up from the company when I attempted to contact them. I ordered new garage doors and motors. However, when the final payment was reviewed the door openers were not accounted for on the invoice. I was prepared to cancel this project despite the lengthy time this company failed to complete the job. However, Alison was listened to the frustrating experience when dealing with this company. She explained the delays which ultimately reflect the company’s failure to manage customer orders but that’s besides the point. The installation occurred finally, only to find out the install tech failed to have all the required items to complete the job and must return later to finish. I would recommend this company but I would have timelines written in the contract to hold the company accountable.

On November 29, 2021, called Precision Door requesting service. Approximately three to four minutes from driving my car inside my garage, there was an explosion-like sound. Unbeknownst to me, my garage door spring had broken. If failure had occurred any sooner, it would have fallen on me as I’m driving the car inside the garage. They had and scheduled a technician for same day repair. Johnathan Holbrook, assigned Service Technician, sent updates IRT arrival time. He immediately found the problem, identified solutions, explained why the failure occurred, was attentive, professional and courteous, and most important, repaired my garage door. Thank you Precision Door for your great service and kudos for sending Jonathan, he literally, saved the day! Highly recommend this company!
