You are fortunate to have Kody as a member of your staff. He represents your company with kindness, knowledge and ability to answer our questions about repair versus a new door without just sales talk. We ended up asking for the best door for our garage and decided a replacement was our best decision. Five star rating for his help. Kenneth from Precision arrived at our home within two hours after I telephoned for garage door service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution as well as a tune up to achieve the door's best operation. Kenneth had all the necessary equipment on his truck and was finished within 45 minutes. Expert and courteous service. Kenneth provided complete and polite answers to all my questions.
