Spent less than 15 minutes at my house and cost nearly $200. Completely scammed, wouldn’t recommend at these prices.

I am well aware that the individual came out on a Sunday and had years of experience, and for that I am grateful. I’m glad that he wasn’t stuck at my hour for hours on end while having a family back home. At the time of repair I didn’t question the bill because I wanted him to be on his way because of this. I was $5 short of that $75 charge falling off my bill and would have paid him to do another lube or spray to have that $75 fall off but I never said an itemized chart of the bill. I greatly appreciate you having that charge removed and will recommend your company in the future for quick response times and repairs Shawn Galla

5 stars always. I have used Precision before and was so satisfied with the performance and the last employee that I called again. I got Zoran this time. Also, I did call the shop this morning about him too and left a message before I saw this. He is wonderful -- so nice, so honest, very respectful and he did a super job on my garage door repair. You don't want to lose Zoran; he puts Precision in a great light. Very, very nice guy who understands what it is to be a working person.

Our garage door broke on a Friday night. I called Precision and was scheduled for an appointment the following morning. Mr. Jovanovic called prior to arriving and came right at the start of our 2-hour appointment window. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and completed the repairs within 75 minutes of arriving. I was very satisfied and would definitely call Precision again. Thank you!

John was very professional and let me know of other issues with the garage that put added stress on the spring and opener. He was done with everything in less than an hour! They are a little more expensive but I feel you get what you pay for.

Not happy at all. I had you guys come and repair my garage door. However, I wasn’t informed that if the entire thing needed replaced and you couldn’t do anything I would still have to pay you $65. The only positive experience was the personality of the serviceman. He was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining himself. Your pricing was insanely high. I called a different company who came and gave me a much, much lower price for a new Copley door and Liftmaster motor with the ability to install the next day. You over priced your quote and charged me $65 to do so. I will not hesitate to share my disatisfaction with others.

This company overcharges for their repairs. They told me the service fee would be $39.95, but this guy said that fee was just for coming there. He then charged me $200.00 for 35 minutes of work. Then they said their work would be guaranteed, until he was finished adjusting my garage door. He then said that the work was guaranteed but it would still cost a service fee if he had to come back to fix what he just fixed.
