Let's see, called Precision at 8:30 a.m. that my garage door wasn't working. Anthony, the tech, showed up at 1:45 p.m. (15 minutes early) and had the broken tension spring and rollers replaced by 2:15 p.m. Anthony was fast, courteous and funny. All in all, a really good experience. Paul B. Kirtland

Our technician, Anthony, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our garage door opener would not operate when the safety sensors were in the sunlight. He worked through the issue logically, first moving the sensors further into the garage to shade them, which did not solve the problem, before recommending replacement sensors, which did solve the problem. Thanks so much for the help.

Precision mad me a same day appointment. John Franks called to let me know when he was coming. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed my garage door opener unit and got all my remotes working for it. Hoping that the repair will keep it working for quite sometime before having to replace it. We have used Precision in the past for repairs. Their technician was always so pleasant, competent and efficient we decided to try them for new garage doors (ours were 23 years old). The website is very easy to use to visualize the new doors. The technician also helped to choose the color and handle decor. The result is a perfect match for our siding! The door installer was equally as pleasant and capable as our first technician. Would definitely recommend Precision for new doors and any repairs.
