Next-day service pleasantly, efficiently scheduled upon request. (Minor annoyance: hold time was 5 minutes, not one mentioned as "expected.") Service technician John Franks called 20-min. prior to arrival, actually a little earlier than 2-hr. projected timeframe! Immediately diagnosed and resolved problem with safety sensor. Detected and replaced lifeless keypad. John was extremely polite, courteous, professional and efficient! Thanks for upholding your reputation for quality service!!

Technician was excellent. Arrived on time. Called prior. Educated me on the entire set up and how to properly do basic greasing periodically. Fixed broken cable and conducted full inspection. Recommended additional repairs but was not pushy about it. Very professional. Invoice with full break down and inspection results sent directly to my email before he left the driveway. Highly recommend, will use again!

Your representative was very knowledgeable and did a number one job on the installation. His advice on pest control was really helpful. We found a mouse in the control box had caused the problem. Chewed the insulation off the wiring thereby causing a short in the control device. Thanks again. Would recommend your service to a friend. Definitely a 5 Star rating.

My garage door would not close, so I called Precision. They were able to come that day or the next morning. My door needed a new spring system. Thank goodness i had this done before I needed a new door. Zoran described the work to me, answered all my questions, and was just great to work with. He also let me know that if there's a problem, he will return to fix it on his own time. He is responsible for his work. I think that's amazing! I will share my experience with others and recommend your services.
