John called before showing up, was very polite and thorough and explain to me how to lubricate my garage door twice daily. He explained that I would need springs in the near future. Z is the best... He pointed out that we had an original door and there had been unsafe repairs done. This was a safety concern with the weight of the door. So as a technician Z is outstanding, but also he took the time to go over options and style of doors, and made a sale. I had the need for car remotes and he had two that I purchased that were compatible with my Craftsman 1/2 HP Opener. Very comfortable with our decision to continue doing business with Precision. In a world of uncertainty it is comforting to know that Precision has strived to make you feel confident with their employees and their service. Anthony came out today and replaced my garage door opener. Anthony was neat, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. In 2015 Precision came to my home and fixed my obnoxious squeaky door. I am extremely pleased with the work Precision Door did in replacing my garage door. John, the technician, was the ultimate professional. He explained to me the issues my old door had. (27 years old) He educated me on the repair and options I had in replacing the garage door system. I decided to replace the existing equipment wit a new Lift Master opener. After a couple of hours of hard work, John had everything installed. John did a fantastic job installing the equipment and explaining its operation. A very professional job!

My technician went by the name of "Z" and he was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He had to replace the entire bar that was just above the garage door from the inside..he had to replace the Torque Tube to Torsion Door. He made sure my keypad and remote were working correctly and the remote inside my car. He was terrific! Yes, I had to purchase but it doesn't state what I purchased on your "Purchase a new Produce" below.

Experience was pleasant from start to finish,from the lady who took my pho ne call to the technician who came earlier than the promised window. I called around 9 am was given window of 10 to 12 . Spring was broken. Got call from technician a few minutes later and asked if he could come earlier. Was here in 15 minutes. Did inspection of entire system. Fixed the broken springs quickly and efficiently. Was very courteous. Explained And demonstrated future issues. What a great experience.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment on a Sunday evening over a holiday weekend. The service was garage door repair to replace a broken spring. The Technician, Bill Adamini, arrived at the scheduled time having given me a call 15 minutes before arrival. Bill took the time to explain all of the work he was doing. Anthony arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do. Installed two springs, rollers, cables, drums and bearing plates. Very prompt and professional. Was charged 789.00. More than we hoped to spend and not sure how this price compares to other companies, but the door works as it should. First time using precision door.

I've used Precision for other door repairs so when the door crashed upon closing I did not hesitate to call them again. To my delight, the tech I had before, Bill, arrived right on time (in fact he beat me to my house and waited on me!). He quickly diagnosed the broken spring and explained what needed to be done, the warranty and the price. He had my door working like new in about an hour. Bill was (once again) extremely courteous, knowledgeable about his craft, and left my garage spic and span. I will again call Precision and Bill should any thing else concerning my garage door need attention!
