Extremely responsive! Called at 8:30 am on a Tuesday morning and our problem was resolved by 3 pm that same afternoon. Communicates well...John, our technican, called prior to arrival and had the garage door issue diagnosed and resolved within 30 minutes of his arrival. After having trouble with our garage door opening we called Precision garage door service. Al ( our technician) came out within a couple hours of our call. Al came prepared with all the tools and parts he needed and he even called to see if he could show up a little early!! Al was very pleasant and professional. Once the problem was diagnosed, he told us our options and what they would cost. We made our decision and within an hour the door opener was repaired! We are very pleased with the service and the repair. Thank you so much !

ANTHONY WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HAD HIM ORIGINALLY COME OUT TO REPLACE A BROKEN SPRING. HOWEVER, SINCE THE PARTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE OPERATION OF THE DOOR WERE OLD, HE EXPLAINED OPTIONS AND PARTS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR TO KEEP THE DOOR WORKING SAFELY. HE ALSO ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD PERTAINING TO THE REPAIR AND SHOWED ME THE WORN PARTS THAT WERE REPLACED WHEN THEY WERE REMOVED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. THANK YOU ANTHONY WISE. The company called and let know that the tech would be at my home between noon and 2 pm. The tech called and told what time he would arrive..he was on time. The tech then pointed out the areas that needed to be repaired and the cost. ( very resonble) he went to work and had the job done in less than an hour. He was fast and the area was clean after he was done. He explained the warren-ti and left. I have already told my neighbors what a good job and reasonable it was. I will call you again if I ever need you assistance.

John called on his way and came in when he indicated he would arrive which is appreciated. He listened to our situation and what our intent is for the next couple of years and made a recommendation that was relevant and he did not in any way suggest a product we did not need. John did provide plenty of info that I can use regarding our goals over the next few years. I found John to be very professional, honest, detailed and friendly. He cleaned up and made sure I saw everyrhing working properly prior to his departure- 5 stars- Great Service and I will be using Precision Garage Door again in the future.

Exceptional service and products. Requested quiet operators and high R Value insulated doors (attached garage) and Precision provided exactly what I wanted. My garage heater operation has been been more than cut in half even on the coldest days this year. The sales and service technicians were knowledgeable, experienced and very pleasant to work with. Your guys did a good job however I was quoted $65 service call plus parts your man would not use the existing hardware and with the door not operating I had no choice but to pay the $700 You charged me $185 each for the springs which can be purchased for $65 each for premium springs. I would not recommend Precision due to the high price sales that had me on the spot

I had a new garage door and opener installed by Ryan. He did an excellent job and even came back to correct an issue with the garage itself (a piece of wood which was not flush with the wall) several days after the install. He was thorough, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. I really appreciate his hard work and I'm very happy with the new door and opener!

Called at !:30 PM, technician John arrived 45 minutes latter on Thursday. John removed old opener and installed a new top line Liftmaster opener that you can hardly hear. John was friendly and very hard working, couldn't have had a better experience.

We had a new door installed in May and were in need of a minor door adjustment. I called Precision and Will, the service tech, was out the very next day.
