Have used them twice I wasn’t paying attention when backing into garage and hit bottom panel, even though garage panels were an off brand Zoran did some calling and was able to locate a company that could make me a new panel. Because previous owners installed the wrong size garage door and jerry ringed the installation my door kept popping off the track always on the right side, I have had several different companies fix door, not one of them noticed that because of the way it was installed the the right side track was bending just enough for roller to pop off, Al realized what problem was and secured track so I would no longer have this problem, and did not have to put in new garage door, understand my garage door is only 5 years old. I would highly recommend this company

Precision Garage Door Company installed a beautiful new garage door for me last year, June of 2021. The man, Joe, did a perfect job. As he was inspecting his work, he noticed that on the bottom left corner panel, there was a spot where the manufacturer didn’t get the white completely baked in. It was yellowed. The installer pointed it out to me or I would not have noticed it. He told me he will come back with a new panel. It got ordered and due to the Covid19 pandemic, there were delays. The receptionists, Jessica and Jacqueline, were very kind and helpful with calls and ETA. I held off until now (May 4, 2022) and they sent out Nick F. to swap out the bottom panel. Nick F. was quick, installed the new panel perfectly, was very nice, with great customer service. I unequivocally recommend this company that was true to its word on the free, new, panel. I was having trouble with my garage door only opening half way, so I call Precision (which I found on Angies List) and was surprised that I got an appointment the same day. My technician was Zoran , he called and told me when he would be arriving. Zoran checked out the situation and told me that I needed a new opener and cables. He explained everything very thoroughy and told me the prices. He was very patient while I was trying to decide what to do since it was a large amount of money that I had not counted on spending. Zoran did a wonderful job in a everyway. I would definetly use Precision again and always ask for Zoran. It is so nice to know that there are people that take pride in their work. Thank you. Bill Adamini was our technician for our garage door problem. We ended up needing a new garage door opener and a new spring for the door. Both very costly items right before Christmas. Bill was fantastic. He made the experience less painful. He was very knowledgeable about the door and very fast and accurate in fixing it. The time he said it would take to fix it was exact. The door opens so much quieter now and we are very happy with the job. We will definitely use Precision again and will hope to get Bill the next time too. Thanks much!!
