The repairman took time to inspect the door and explain what was needed. He did the repairs and got the door working again. He also explained to me some simple maintenance tips to keep the door working. He did a good job.

Excellent service. From the office staff to the service technician everything was handled in a very professional manner. We were given an appointment time and when an earlier time opened up the office called and alerted us. When the tech "Cain" came he fixed the problem fast, Also, he advised that there was some other things he could do while there. No high pressure at all (which we really appreciated). We did some things and deferred some others. Thanks Cain for a job well done and thanks Precision Door for serving us in a timely, professional manner.
