John was fantastic! He was kind and courteous and assessed that I needed a new garage door opener unit and keypad and assured me that the door and tracks were in good shape. He got me the best and most efficient unit for my garage and installed the new unit and keypad quickly and expertly. He even stayed late to replace a worn spring that he had noticed during the unit installation. He also taught me how to reprogram my old remotes, saving me a lot of money and teaching me a cool new trick! Our problem occurred on a Saturday evening, the day before a big outdoor event requiring garage access; the spring broke. I called Precision late that evening, and Tim was at my door Sunday morning at 8am. He repaired and tuned things up in one hour. The door operates better than ever. I typically don't leave negative reviews, positive yes, but generally stick with if you haven't got anything good to say, don't say it at all. However, this was so bad I feel it is only fair to put it out there. We had a working garage door. We were adding additional remotes and upon opening the door it became stuck and wouldn't work. My husband disconnected the door, we checked the sensors, etc. to no avail. We phoned Premier Garage Door. They have a large number of very positive reviews. The service technician who came to the home mentioned figures ranging from $200+ to over $1,000. We were told we needed a new electronic board, new springs, a new frame...if we wanted to save money we could purchase a new garage door opener ourselves and he would install it for $265. He disconnected the garage door and pretended to struggle to lift the door, stating the system was from 2010 and really needed replaced. This is the same door that we disconnected the night before and had no issue manually lifting. The sales pitch was so exaggerated and ridiculous that my husband brought the tech into the house to repeat everything to me before stating we wouldn't need their services. Needless to say, we paid the $49.99 charge to come out, called another company, 614 Garage Door, paid $100 and the door works great. In addition, the tech from 614 explained how to tell if our springs were bad, along with additional information to prevent us from being scammed in the future. Our garage door had simply kicked back too far and became stuck. The 614 tech adjusted the door and reset our garage door openers for use and we haven't had any issues since. Thanks to 614 Garage Door for repairing our door in under 30 minutes and being honest and informative. I do not recommend Premier Garage Door. Thank goodness they only got me for $49.99.

Precision solved our problem, which was a busted spring which kept our garage door from opening. Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained exactly what needed replaced and the cost, then how best to maintain it to keep the door working long term. He managed to work around my van (which was stuck in the garage), and even helped move all our stuff out of the way. The door is now even quieter than before. Definitely exceeded our expectations, and appreciate Joshua and Precision.

First, I want to say that my overall experience was very positive. Every person that I spoke to or who provided services was polite, professional, responsive and HELPFUL. My garage door which was at least 25 years old was jammed against the frame and had been partially crushed. When your repair technician, Jonathon Swartz came he realized it could not be repaired and so he recommended options for replacement. Since the door was not a standard size, he said Precision could cut a door for me rather than having to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a special order. I chose that option and two days later Adam Sayre came to install the door. He did an outstanding job and I am currently enjoying the results. In addition, as your TV commercials suggest, members of your staff often have connections to the community. Adam had grown up in my neighborhood and he and members of his family may have gone to high school with my wife, her brothers, or her parents. It made for pleasant conversation during the short breaks that he took, but also gave me a sense of confidence that he would do a great job installing my new door. I could not be more pleased with the work and the people you have working at Precision.

Garage door spring broke early on Sunday morning. I called Precision Garage Door around 8 AM and was very pleased to get a real person that answered my call immediately. They were able to send a technician that day. Our technician sent a text prior to his arrival during our allotted window. He was professional and provided a Good - Better - Best quote for the repair service. We chose "Better" and the repair was completed to our satisfaction.
