Tom the service man was on time, did a complete review and gave me an estimate to discuss with him for his input/suggestions. He did a great job and I was very pleased. Repairman arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and in a very friendly fashion, answering my questions all along. The work done was a tune up for noise reduction, plus identification and replacement of frayed cables and a broken bracket, plus securing of a loose opener bar. Fair price for good work done.

Very quick and efficient. Very happy they were available on a Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday even). The technician was running early, so he called to see if he could arrive early. He did and was done installing the new door opener, cleaned up, and gone in under an hour. Wonderful service.

While my technician was very friendly and helpful, this repair seems to be way over priced. I did some extensive research on what this should have costed me and I seemed to have paid at least $100 more than I should have and got a below market warranty of only 2 yrs. Fortunately for you, it's too freaking cold this week and I am impatient. Had it been warmer weather I would have sent the technician away as soon as he gave me the quote. You benefited from the cold weather this time, I will certainly contact someone else next time.

He was very professional, explained what he was doing and showed me how to operate the new door opener when finished. He removed the packaging and the old opener and left the garage clean. We had an emergency need of door help on a Sunday. I called around 11 am and the appointment was made for 5pm that day. The tech was running early and was there at 2pm. Derrick Palmer is the tech that came out. 5 star service. 5 stars for timely, 5 stars on being professional. He did not try and upsell anything we didn't need. Technician (TIM) = Outstanding - 5 Stars Phone representative = Needs Improvement - 2 Stars Tim was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Tim explained what went wrong with the old set up and how he could fix it, while providing an estimate. I asked Tim if I could watch him during his installation, to gain knowledge, and he was happy to oblige me. After Tim finished, he cleaned up, tested the system, explained the warranty and asked if I had any other concerns. During my phone conversation to initiate the appointment, I asked about a same day estimate/appointment and a Military discount. She provided no response to the same day appointment and said that Reynoldsburg does not receive a Military discount. I explained that Precision has both topics displayed on their website, therefor should be honored. She simply said no and quickly recited my personal information so that she could confirm the appointment. (She may have had a bad day)

Called at 9am in the morning on a Saturday after our spring broke the night before. Had a 3-5pm window for service, Tom called and was running ahead, arrived at 2pm. It was also nice to see a picture of the person handling our issue from the call center via email. He quickly assessed the door, gave me a couple of options, and fixed the issue and adjusted the door in less than 30 minutes. Tom was very professional and kind and did a great job. We found Precision Door on their website and their weekend availability really made a difference to us. I can't say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of precision door. My garage door broke in the evening and Tim responded the same night.
