I was impressed with the reviews and the fact that they sent someone out the same day. Brian gave me a quote that was within my price range and he came out this morning to put it in. Brian was awesome. Not only did he know what he was doing but he was very kind to me. I tend to ask a lot of questions. The technician (Kevin) showed up at our agreed to timeframe and surveyed the garage door and opener and quickly ascertained that the opener was defective. We agreed to a course of action and work began and was completed within the hour. Kevin was professional and courteous at all times and let me know if his progress throughout the job. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone and should the need arise in the future, use them again without hesitation.
