It was a holiday weekend on a Thursday evening that my garage door came off the tracks. I attempted to repair it myself with not much success. I called several companies on Friday trying to get the door repaired no one could get me in until the following Tuesday. Precision came up in my Google search and I called them and the person I talk to said that someone could be out between 1 PM and 3 PM, When I arrived at my house at 12:55 there was a truck in front of my house and a man named Jack at my front door. I was immediately impressed with his promptness, and discovered later that he had attempted to call me, prior to his arrival. Jake assessed the situation, told me what needed to be done without trying to add in unnecessary up-sells. Jack quoted me what I thought was a fair price and begin the job, and completed it in less than an hour. Jack was personable, professional and gave me a feeling of confidence in both his ability and the integrity of the company that he represented. I hope that I don’t need to have a garage door repair anytime soon but if I do I will without hesitation call Precision, And if I don’t get Jack I hope the rest of the employees are as customer focused and professional as Jack was. My experience was very positive from the person who initially took my call to the promptness and professionalism of the the technician who replaced the rollers. By the way the new rollers are much much quieter than the old rollers Which were less than five years old. Kudos to Jack, the phone representative and whoever made the hiring decision. I am really impressed and please thus far.

This was a terrible experience. The installer was misleading and trying to upsell products and services. I had to ask 3 times for a final price. He did not seem knowledgeable on how to resolve alignment issues. On a 3 year old system he was insisting that rollers needed to be replaced due to being worn out. After I pointed out an alignment problem on the rail, the roller issue was no longer an issue. They are not a certified Lift Master company. The installer had no equipment to diagnose the problem with the unit; replacement was his only resolution. If there was a -5 star rating that would be what this service would get from me.

A spring broke on my double garage door last night. I called Precision Door Service first thing in the morning and they had Matt out to replace the springs early the next day. I had tried another company in Edmond but couldn't even get them respond to my voicemail. I will use Precision Door Service in the future. We are very happy with the service we received from Precision. When our door wouldn't go up because the spring had broken back in January, it was evening and we had a doctor's appointment this next morning. Precision sent a technician out early the next morning and had us fixed before we had to leave! The door was making a funny sound in the last couple of weeks, so I called them and again, someone came right out, adjusted the door and it's working great again! Thank you Precision!

I was very disappointed with service. I paid 50.00 dollars and the guy couldn’t fix the problem. Of course, if I pay outrageous amount I could get new one. It upsets me when someone comes to fix a problem and they say you have cheap equipment. But the cheap equipment was 650.00 to replace.

Thanks for your response but the reprogram of remotes didn’t fix the problem. The garage door doesn’t work and was told I needed new garage door opener but the inside remote has always worked. It was the car remote that doesn’t work and still doesn’t work. Appreciate you checking with service and tech did try but was unsuccessful. I was in same situation as before tech came to work on unit. I will try to get opener replaced or checked again.

After a month with a sticking, noisy garage door, called Precision and received same day service. Reggie was the technician and was very through, professional and explained all of the door workings. I had initially called for a "tune up" but the problem was in the opener. Reggie replaced the opener and advised against spending the money on the "tune up" as it wasn't necessary. Still there was a little more noise that I wanted and four days later I called and Reggie came out first thing the next morning (noise greater on first operation of the day), checked the door and added a bracket and the noise was eliminated. At no additional costs. As Reggie put it "that's the way we do business". I give Reggie and Precision my highest recommendations.
