Garage doors over 25 years old started making unwanted noises, I thought it might be the spring. Neighbor recommended Precision Garage door. Contacted them and they came out same day. Brandon Brown was service tech, very friendly and in my opinion very informed about Garage doors. He completed inspection and advised us the noise was from the doors. just getting old and some "warping". Brandon gave us pricing for a couple options we decided to replace the doors. We originally purchased a garage door and installation almost 20 years ago and have been very happy with our purchase. Recently a spring broke and I called Precision to come service our door. I got a ballpark figure of what it could cost and they had an appointment the next morning. Tim did the work and it was time to square up the bill. I just had to pay for the call. I would have been OK to pay full price but it turned out to be a warranty job. The office staff was great, Tim was great and the process couldn't have been better. Thank You Precision Door!

I had an issue and Precision couldn't get to me for a couple of days and the door would not go down. So I got a fly by night guy to come and he charged me $449! Said I needed a new spring, all total would be $1249! Anyway, I was able to secure the door at a very high price and schedule precision a day later. Nick from Precision was great. I did not need a new spring. He serviced 2 of my doors for a total of $230. He was really professional, honest and knew what he was talking about.

I chose Precision because they had initially installed the garage door, the opener, and remote. The technician, Hunter, replaced the backup battery in the garage door opener, reprogrammed the inside remote, and performed a complete inspection. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and polite.

The technician Tim was great. Not pushy at all. Within 5 minutes of his on time arrival, he had quotes for various options. I ended up deciding to replace the opener rather than sink more money into an older one. The new opener is 500% quieter which I didn't think I would care about but once I heard the difference, it's pretty nice. They did a great job. 5 stars. Would use again.
