Quick response. Technician was courteous. Did not solve problem. Replaced springs at $240 each plus $195 labor. Seems a bit high. I was told the springs that a different company put on 4 months ago were the wrong ones. Quoted a replacement opener for $1495 which includes installation. Saw the same opener online for $569, installation would be separate.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past when my old garage motor died. They installed a new one and it’s been running strong for a few years. When I called with a "semi emergency" wherein my garage door would only open half way, a service person arrive within 3 hours. Fortunately for me, the fix was an easy one and the door again works perfectly. Response time was amazing!

I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received from Precision. Both technicians I have worked with were courteous, professional and totally knowledgeable about their work. They repaired my garage door and then returned for no charge to make a final adjustment so the door is easy to open and close. They advised me wisely on the decision to go with a new electric door opener or to go with a repair on my existing manual door. I appreciate their honesty and good advice. SHS

I would recommend Precision Door service for any type to garage door replacement/repair. They were very prompt, and the technician was very professional and courteous.
