He always returned my calls promptly when I had questions . When it came time to order, everything went very smoothly and the doors were installed sooner than expected. Great experience. Appt scheduling was easy. Service technician called to announce est arrival time. My technician Jordan was courteous, knowledgeable and provided multiple options to best fit our situation. Technician did not leave until the job was perfectly completed. Great company!

We were estatic with the quick response of your service performed to repair our garage door today, called mid morning and you folks already had us set up the same day service to get it fixed. The professional service that was performed today by Henry was unbelievable, he was so enjoyable in making sure that during his repair if we had any questions he answered them , along with going over and explaining everything once he was finished. My old garage door had seen better days, so I ordered a replacement from Precision. The installation went well. Dan, the installer did a great job even while the rain was pouring right outside the door. I recommend them to anyone in need of a new garage door.

Eddie and trainee Kenny arrive by 7:45 or 7:50am. Eddie, lead technician introduced himself and his trainee. They examined the larger garage door with broken cable. Also determined rollers weren't doing job. Smaller garage door at main house needed new springs and rollers. Eddie explained the concept on pricing of "band-aid", 5-year warranty and 10-year warranty. Both set to work. As anything new came up Eddie explained what was wrong and what was needed. They worked continuously and handled any small issues until about 12:15 pm when job was complete. Both techs were pleasant and polite. Very professional.
