When I called them I was upset with another Garage door company & the gentleman on the phone was so understanding and was able to send a technician out the same day despite me calling late!! Our technician was Jerry & he was excellent! He was so knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Took his time to explain everything to me & presented all of our options. The professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of technician Jerry Eldreth was excellent. He reviewed the problem and explained in detail what was broken and worn. He presented several options with cost and answered all my questions.
