Had Kenny come out same day to fix the broken spring. He gave me 3 options and explained the benefits of each, with his honest opinion. Finished changing out the spring, rollers, and a few other parts in a little over an hour. Garage door works great, and I'm very pleased with this experience, very professional. I wanted to replace our two existing garage door openers because they were old and very loud. We had a chain system and converted over to a belt system. Dan was great explaining our options and answering my questions. When I called to schedule the installation appointment, I had expected to be scheduled for the next week. They had an appointment available the very next day on a Saturday. I was surprised. Kenny was our installer. He was awesome. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He replaced our two units efficiently. The new belt system is so quiet! We are extremely happy with the product and service. I highly recommend Precision. You will not be disappointed!

When our garage door needed repair I contacted Precision as a result of favorable reviews. My first contact arranging the repair was done fast and with a friendly receptionist. The repairman who responded came on time and completed the necessary repairs. He was outstanding. A small issue came up which needed a second service. Again the repair came quickly and the work was performed. To give a five star rating is based upon the work done as explained, fast and kind service of the repairman, and the overall behavior of everyone that was involved in my repair.
