Precision sent Jordan to our door on the same day I called for their help. Jordan was polite, informative and quite competent. He explained what he was going to do and promised to offer us alternatives for fixing our garage door and to get our informed approval for any solution. We picked from three alternatives he offered and he fixed our door that same day. We are very pleased with the results. And it was affordable, too.

We selected Precision Garage based on the wonderful reviews. Chad was very helpful a I did not know that we could replace the 2 doors with one in the same space as it exceeded the size of a standard door. After measuring the available space and checking with the office he confirmed that we could get a door greater than 17 feet in width. The door would take 3 to 5 weeks, and now I have to get a contractor to remove the center section between the 2 doors now in place. We are excited as Chad's suggestions are now allowing us to to get a bigger door in the existing space, and not have the extra costs of rebuilding both sides for installing the new door.

I called Precision door when my garage door broke and I am so glad I did. My technician, Chad, came out the next day and got me up and running. He provided three detailed plans with pricing and warranties and explained them all so I felt confident making a choice. Once I made a choice he got to work and was done in less than two hours! And he left the area CLEANER than he found it. Everything is sturdy, refreshed, and lubricated. My door is so much quieter, moves smoothly, and I can now enjoy a five year warranty in case anything goes wrong. I could not recommend this company more. They somehow made me glad my door broke! This is the second time Precision has exceeded my expectations. They are true professionals. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you again, Chad!

Great customer service! Needed my garage door opener installed in an older home where the old one had been removed. Chad and Henry were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to insure my opener, and garage door were safe, reliable and updated for maximum efficiency and security. I’m so glad I made the call to Precision Garage Door. Exceptional warranty and attention to detail. No need to call any another company. The other guys I contacted couldn’t even find the electrical source in the space above the garage.

Great service on roller and spring replacement. Not sure why they charge $20 for each roller when they come in sets of 10 for a quarter of the cost. The spring seems over priced as well.

I was really impressed with the whole experience. We had a2 broken springs over the weekend and a old, flaky opener. We made the appointment and they could fit us in the same day! They gave a courtesy call l 30 min in advance right on time during the service visit window. Denny provided fantastic service , overcoming several unexpected challenges, very polite , always offering to explain how the system works, details of the status of the major components etc. Very friendly and respectful. Great guy with a real heart for helping people!. The revamped system works infinitely smoother and quieter. I highly recommend this company and Denny.
