I called in the evening expecting to leave a message but spoke with a real person. The repair of a frayed wire from a different company installation was done the next morning. Jerry was very knowledgeable and professional. After his inspection of the door three price quotes were presented. I would use this company again and that says it all.

Thank you, my garage door was not functioning properly, Kenny checked it out and found issues with the motor, rollers, springs, etc. He gave me 3 options, I opted for #3. Now the door is much quieter and functions very well, more than I expected, but I am quite pleased with the finished result. Thank you Kenny for repairing my garage door and working in the cold. I appreciate your honesty.
