He provided several different options with my situation and was helpful. He even went above and beyond and changed my garage door light for me! Nia was courteous and professional. I had a 23 year old Craftsman opener. I had some service a few years ago for springs, cables, rollers, etc. now the belt drive broke so I called Precision and they had someone at my house in a few hours. The tech gave me a price for repair and a full opener replacement. I decided to get a whole new opener instead of throwing money at my 23 year old stuff. Anyway, nice opener, installed pretty quick, and it I so much quieter than my old opener. Stuff wears out, it was time for new..
