Mechanics were very responsive . Called a number of times before they arrived to let me know where they were and when they would arrive onsite to repair I had called to have torsion spring replaced which had broken in 2. Cost of springs are under 100 dollars and 2 pulleys at either end should cost 25.00 .. Techs did an assume job which took no more than an hr. Was charged 179.00 from the start just to arrive with a total bill of 665.00 which seems excessive for parts that are under 100.00. Would not use again

For our readers to understand, and as I had mentioned the service charge to come out to your home was not $179, but $79 which was waived with repair. The parts used on your door were high cycle (long life). Rated to last longer then standard parts that would be found by a competitor or from the internet. Here at Precision Door we choose to invest in highest quality parts because we believe our customers deserve the best product and a long lasting functional garage door. I was very pleased to hear that the technicians that were at your home gave you confidence in the quality of their work, and were courteous. I had a wonderful experience. I was not aware that garage doors require servicing and Nia was great at answering all of my questions. He provided several different options with my situation and was helpful. He even went above and beyond and changed my garage door light for me! Nia was courteous and professional. I had a 23 year old Craftsman opener. I had some service a few years ago for springs, cables, rollers, etc. now the belt drive broke so I called Precision and they had someone at my house in a few hours. The tech gave me a price for repair and a full opener replacement. I decided to get a whole new opener instead of throwing money at my 23 year old stuff. Anyway, nice opener, installed pretty quick, and it I so much quieter than my old opener. Stuff wears out, it was time for new..
