I called up for a service call last evening, it was set up for today between 11am and 2pm. At 9 this morning Greg called & said he was finished with his morning job and could be here in 15 or 20 minutes. He got here, I showed him the issues and he explained the options. He replaced the garage door opener's trolley, door springs, cables and pulleys and ran it through some test runs. The door runs smoothly and evenly now. Greg was in & out in under an hour and a half, was very professional, pleasant to talk to & very clean working habits.

I needed a service call for a 20+ year old Garage door opener that the chain came off. Tom said I can fix it but no guarantee the chain won't come off. We decided to replace the opener, which Tom had on his van and could do it right then. Tom is Extremely professional, very personable, explained everything and cleaned up. I would not use anyone other than Precision Garage Door in the future.
