At the completion of every job all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business.
Review: Tech lacked attention to detail and did not communicate upon completion of job to instruct how to operate the opener. The door was left unleveled and no light bulb and no instructions on what type of bulb is best suited. He returned for repair and did not level the door and stated “it’s no way it’s my fault,” also about the light bulbs “…we don’t carry them because they can break.” I would not recommend this individual. Our first tech on the first opener explained operation, replaced springs, and leveled the door, and helped with a light bulb.
