The guy who came to fix our garage, Tim, was very nice & professional. They came out the same day, figured out the problem, had to order the part and came back a few days later to complete the work! It was very fast & i am satisfied with the service, and i will definitely recommend precision!

My experience with contacting Precision was great. It was on New Years day that my problem occurred and I was able to talk with a representative to set up an appointment. The technician was Marcus Martin. He was very polite. He was able to fix the problem with my garage door. He really knows his job. I would definitely recommend Precision. In fact, I have already told people if they ever have a problem with their garage door to contact Precision.

The technician was FABULOUS. He had everything fixed and was gone in under an hour. Knew exactly what to do and was prompt and courteous. In fact, he arrived 45 minutes early! So happy is chose Precision years ago. Recommend them to anyone!

My install went very smoothly, efficiently and quickly. Chuck did a great job explaining the process throughout. Chuck provided great customer service and his clean up at the end made it look like he had never been there. My experience with Precision has been great and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Tech was timely efficient and incredibly helpful $65 for a service call for maybe 10 minutes is pricey, but I appreciated his recommendations if future problem persists.

I called Sunday on Memorial Day weekend to get an appointment to fix my garage door. They had a guy come out in a couple hours. He knew what he was doing...was both professional & experienced. Garage doors were repaired and run smoothly once again. To get that kind of timely & quality service on a holiday weekend was very impressive & appreciated.

This was the third time our 3 year old opener had to be serviced. Tech was super nice and replaced a bunch of stuff under warranty so this time I did not have to pay a service charge. I would give the customer service a 5+ but the opener a 3.
