Review:

The torsion spring on my 2 year old garage door broke so I called the company that I bought the door from to have them replace the spring. They informed me that I could come get a new spring in 6 to 8 weeks ,hopefully, and install it myself. Then I called Precision Door. They said that they could come out and replace the spring the next day! Our serviceman Victor called the next day at 7:20 am and said he would be there in 2 hours. Victor arrived at 9:20 am, explained everything, and had the complete job done in 45 minutes. Everything was done in a very professional way and we are very happy with the whole process. Thank you Precision Door.
