Garage opener would not work. The Tech arrived right on time was very professional explained what the problem was gave me estimate to make repairs. Cleaned up work area and hauled off old opener and parts.

Great service, called me and arrived before appointment time. I am new resident and Mike checked out my existing garage door. Suggested some lubricant and owner maintenance I could do to keep system in top running shape. Mike was friendly professional and explained age related wear and a cost estimate provided for replacement of a new garage door. Mike programed a new remote and explained warranty. Diffently use this business for related garage door issues.

James and Joe were my technicians on the service call to repair the spring bar on my garage door system. They were professional and courteous and all around great guys. The work done was quite fantastic and I am very pleased with the service that was provided. They displayed an in depth knowledge of their trade and were very concise and happy to explain what I needed to get my garage door into tip top shape. If I ever need anymore work done to my garage door they would be my first choice, but something tells me that’s not gonna be necessary after the great job they did!

I would highly recommend, the service tech Joe was on time and stayed in communication prior to arriving. He fixed the problem in about an hour and the door works perfectly and is a lot quieter than before. Price was more than fair for the service provided, I would have wasted a lot of time and money trying to fix it myself.

I could not get my garage door to come down. My garage is in the basement of my house, I was afraid someone could get into my house during the night. It was in the afternoon and I had called 2 other garage dealers and was told they could not make it today. I called Precision and explained my situation to the nice receptionist. She said they were booked for the day but they would come out between 6-8 pm if ok with me. Right at 6 pm this very nice, well-mannered young man showed up and told me the motor had gone out on my door opener. He got right to work and did a great job. I know he must have been tired and had worked all day in the hot sun but he never complained. I appreciate him so much and if I ever need help again I will definitely call Precision.

I’m writing this review for my mother who said Nick could not have been nicer or more helpful when replacing her keypad. We called with the problem and service was set up for the next day. Nick came earlier than scheduled but not before he called and let her know he was on his way. This company is first class in every way!

I needed some work done on my garage door. I had my house sold but the buyers complained that it was very noisy and wanted it fixed. Precision Door had a good looking website with plenty of info and many 5 star reviews. I’m always skeptical of numerous 5 star reviews, but I decided to give them a call. I’m extremely glad I did. The techs, Robert and Lake, came out the next day, assessed the situation, made recommendations and gave me a very reasonable price. In no time they had the noise level reduced noticeably. I highly recommend them. Great service and great techs. Happy customer !

I had previously called a well known business for repair of my garage door. They never called me back. I called Precision and they scheduled a repairman for the same day. Unfortunately I had a prior commitment, but the repairman came first thing the next morning. Very polite, knowledgeable, and fast. My repair, which was pretty extensive, took about an hour. I am thrilled with the entire experience. Nick was awesome!
