Within an hour, he had repaired our door. He explained the problem and gave us tips on how to maintain the operation of the door. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Jerry came right on time, found the 2 springs broken and discussed maintenance repair vs new garage door. Jerry did a complete parts replacement with heavier cable reels, springs, wire ropes and rollers in 25 minutes. Plus replaced three damaged insulation panels. Terrific job, reasonably priced. Jerry definitely knew his job and was polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Hay there I can't really select a star for your service. I have used your service more than once. The first time they replaced a broken spring. Your people came to my house fixed the problem every thing was great. Second time I needed a new opener the old one was just wore out. They did a better than I expected job. Everything worked great. They even removed the seal on the bottom of my door and put the one on that was supposed to be on it. After the first good rain that came to my house my garage was full of water from the seal leaking. No problem ,your people came out and put another seal on the concreate 170.$$?? plus a 45.$ service call .When it rains heavy and the wind blows from the south my garage still get's full of water... Called again.The next attempt to fix the seal you sent a young man out to fix the leak his caulking gun was broke, he opened the tube and spread this white stuff over the seal with his finger. Looks like a 3 year old did some painting Kid Art.Do I have to look at this every day when I come home and the seal still leaks. If you can't fix the seal that's O.K. don't charge me for something that worked and you fixed it but it doesn't work now.I will remove everything that you have fixed and put the old seal back on. I called a couple of other garage door companies before calling Precision, and they all had a waiting period of more than a week. Precision responded within a day or two. While replacing the entire garage door assembly other than the door itself was expensive in my mind, I have been extremely pleased with the quiet and smooth manner in which it operates. Then when I had difficulty programming both cars and the keypad simultaneously, Precision responded in two days again. (could have been sooner but I wasn't going to be home). Again, they called to let me know when the technician would arrive, corrected the problem (had to replace the keypad) and did not charge for the return trip. My technician Conner is very courteous and gets the job done.

I have a problem with my garage door still. It has been over two weeks since the guy was at my house to fix my garage door. He thought he solved the problem the first time he visited but a problem occurs if I try to open it from car remote it will not open. He came back the following week to switch car remotes with me. While he was there the garage door was opening. Although the same problem occurs again and the remote will not open the garage door. The guy Connor that has came to my house is sweet and tries real hard. I just don't have a garage door that opens using the remote still.
