I WAS EXPECTING A RECEIPT WITH ACTUAL FIGURES BUT NO!!!!! THE COST OF THE VISIT WAS $49.95. YOUR TECH WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE AND "ATTEMPTED" TO NOT COMPLETE THE SERVICE THAT WAS REQUESTED. THIS APPARENTLY MADE HIM MAD AND OUR FINAL BILL WAS $89.98----I EXPECTED THE SERVICE CALL WOULD INCLUDE LABOR BUT APPARENTLY NOT. AN EXCESS OF $40.03 WAS ADDED FOR TWO PIGTAILS WHICH WERE NEEDED-AND 15 MINUTES WORTH OF WORK----THIS SERVICE TECH IS NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR COMPANY I WILL NOT BE A FUTURE CLIENT
