James arrived earlier than scheduled and explained what he could do to get my door back in order. I had backed into it and popped the pull bar from the motor off along with a side roller. The white trim around the garage opening also needed replacing. He said the trim would have to be ordered. In no time he had the door fixed and running smoother than ever. He left and called back about 30 minutes later saying he found trim at the shop and would come back and replace it if it was convenient. He returned and completed the job in just a few minutes. Great job James and Precision Door!

Precision: OUTSTANDING & TOP SHELF Tuesday- spring broke & we called that evening & scheduled a next morning appointment Wednesday- Patrick Stockton (amazing personable & knowledgable employee w a great work ethic) arrived and had the repair done and more within 1 1/2 hrs. Garage opening noise does not exist any more and all operates more smoothly & pleasantly. Our three dogs used to hear every time the garage opened downstairs and barked incessantly. Now the dogs have no idea the garage door even opens (it is so quiet). The cost was also amazingly low & affordable. Patrick has to be an extremely valuable asset for Precision at this time. I would ask for him if you ever need help. His workmanship and customer relations were “off the charts!”
