I'm in shock. Less than 30 minutes after my garage door broke, a technician was at my house, and within 2-1/2 hours, my whole garage door opener system had been replaced, programmed, and paid for and the technician was on his way home. It's hard to find that level of service anywhere. Thank you for saving the day!

My in laws highly recommended Precision - and I observed their install so knew I would be happy. I am very pleased how quick they could come out to replace my older garage door opener that was no longer working and provided quick outstanding service and an outstanding new unit. The repairmen also noticed we had some broken door hinges and quickly replaced those as well.

Service agent determined that the garage door opener was working fine. It appears to be a bad breaker that was causing the opener not to work. He rigged the opener with an extension cord. Now I don't have to manually lift the door anymore until I can get an electrician here. He went above the call of duty.
