Excellent service. Door spring broke and I called a local Tipton County repair company and made an appointment. They never showed, called or returned my calls. So I tried another local T County guy, same exact results. Both had excellent Google reviews (I don't see how). So I called Precision, initial call was professional and friendly, and got an appointment. They showed up on time and quickly fixed my broken spring, Austin was great btw, for exactly the quoted price. Precision might be a bit more expensive than some others but you get what you pay for. I will eventually need a complete door replacement and will be calling Precision when that day comes.
