The technician examined the opening of the garage door and determined that it was a combination of leaves and spider webs over the sensor that was causing the problem with opening and closing the garage door. He was very courteous and helpful.

Getting me, confined to a wheelchair, up the steps to the front door is very dangerous- virtually impossible. A call to Precision Door and technician Nathan Burns was at our house within less than an hour. Can’t say enough good about Nathan! Very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful (he volunteered to carry a heavy box, that had been delivered to the front door, to the back patio!)
