Great job! Jason arrived during the window of time that was originally set up and a half hour before he arrived I was sent a text notifying me they were on the way. Great communication regarding the appointment. When he got to my house he diagnosed the problem with the door and fixed it. He explained to me what was wrong and what they had to fix. He and his partner Chris also answered some specific questions I had. Great job and will definitely use Precision Door for future garage door needs.

Service was fine, but I was charged $130 for one hour of labor, $103.95 for the service call, and $11.27 for a fuel charge. $245.22 total. According to my phone log, the service person's travel time an repair time was 31 minutes, plus the another $100+ for parts.

Fantastic service! Garage door destroyed itself on a Sunday. Called Precision Door and a technician was there in one hour.
