Every aspect of this service call exceeded my expectations. I called for service on Thursday evening (after business hours). A service call was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. the following day. Logan Ward arrived at 10:45 that morning. He performed the required service in a completely satisfactory manner. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He explained the repairs that were required and obtained my approval before making the necessary repairs. After the service was completed, he provided me with a quote on replacing my two garage door motors. I will have this service performed before year's end.
