I highly recommend Precision Door Service. I came home one night and parked my car in the garage. The door closed, and I heard a commotion as my door became unhinged on one side and fell down from the upper rail. I would not be able to get my car out and I was afraid it would fall directly on the car. I panicked . I remember my son had his garage door repaired by Precision and knew he was well satisfied. On looking up the website, I saw I could call their 24 hour service line. I made an appointment for the next morning and to my relief,the employees got the door up to free my car. Within a few days I had new doors. I am so happy with my new doors and appreciate the excellent job Precision did plus the courteous men that came to my rescue. I also received an email on when they would come to my home plus a picture of the employees that would be sent. That made me feel safe and assured me I had made the right decision.

Our assigned tech, Michael Falbwrg called ahead to let us know his ETA and arrived on time. He got right to replacing my broken spring. He alerted me to the fact that I was supposed to have 2 springs and took the time to explain why. Needless to say - I had him install 2 new springs. It took him no time to install, and he was on his way. Kudos to Michael!!!

We are a first-time client. The spring broke on our garage door, preventing the door from opening. Precision came to our rescue. The staff in the office set us up with an appointment. This was verified by a text message and email. Before our technician's arrival, we were notified by his telephone call and then a text saying he was on the way. The text message also included a picture of our serviceman (Dillon), his name, and a brief bio. The repair was made in about 30 minutes. He did a great job; I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Great service. Precision installed a door a couple months ago that was damaged and also would sometimes refuse to go down all the way. They installed a new door and the other issue was related to a sensor being ajar, no motor issues. Yay. Today they had to come out again because the door once again wouldn't go all the way down. Before you could hold the button at the wall and it would finally obey but not anymore. Turns out it just needed a lube job. No charge and easy fix - win, win!
