This is a DR HORTON warranty repair. My garage door broke because of how it was installed. You guys came out and repaired a panel, but did not replace a part that was bent. It was not closing properly as it did before it broke. I was told that my concrete was not even for the reason it was not closing properly. It did not affect it before it broke. I have had a concrete expert come out and he did not see why it would be causing any problems. Now i am not sure what to do. Like i said it was closing properly before it broke.

Brandon is a great service tech. Examined my garage door and lift motor. Determined the issue as to why the door would not go up and down. Gave me a fair estimate and put new drive belt on the track motor. Everything was fair and reasonable.
