I had several companies come out to give me a quote, and although the service I selected with Precision wasn’t necessarily the most economical, after speaking with each salesman, Precision gained my confidence immediately in their knowledge and respect to me as a customer. No pressure. In fact, I didn’t say yes immediately, but instead gave myself time to study, compare, and decide before calling back to say yes. If you have a good product and good people, you don’t need to apply pressure. You just know your product and your personnel are top notch. They speak for themselves. I actually got a remote as well but couldn’t select that below in addition to the garage door. The initial salesman was polite and personable, and the installer the same. Everything looks great. I just got my install and I’m sitting here like the teenager I am not and watching the door open and close and driving my car into the garage. The assistant also explained several features to me after the install. Thank you, Precision.

As expected, the service call performed today by John was nothing short of EXCELLENT! John performed routine maintenance on my garage door. While here, he noticed I had the old plastic type rollers. He informed me about the newer nylon type rollers. After discussing the advantages of the nylon rollers, I had them installed. It is unbelievable how quiet and smoothly the door now operates. I would definitely recommend John and Precision for all your electric garage door needs.

It is so refreshing to deal with true professionals. I called to schedule repair of our 3 year old garage door opener. Service was scheduled for the next day, and service tech, Chris, called ahead, and was on time. He fixed the issue and checked the entire unit to be sure it was working perfectly. All that and it was a no cost warranty repair. I wouldn’t buy a garage door opener from any other company. 5 Start!!!!!
