I set an appointment with the receptionist, describing in detail, the damage and asking if panels could be replaced or if the entire door needed to be replaced. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. Then he told me they were 22 weeks (6 months) out to being able to do the work. WHAT?!?? What a colossal waste of time. I asked why the receptionist didn't inform me of this on the phone. He replied, "they don't know. BS. If that is true, BAD business model. Next!

Thank you for your review, Mr. Shank. Our Customer Service Department schedules appointments for multiple franchises across the country - all of which have different lead times for new doors. Due to the global pandemic, most all industries are struggling and the long lead times are out of our control, unfortunately. We're sorry that you feel this was a colossal waste of time - but we feel we must mention that this took place on a Sunday, and our tech didn't charge the service fee, as we determined your door was beyond repair.

The service was overpriced! Very nice serviceman job done quick but we went to Home dept found the same part for just a few dollars and was very disappointed. I was told on the phone the charge was $65.00 to be deducted from the amount if we chose to have the job done not the truth.

Our garage door broke. I called the following morning first thing, and they came to fix the door the same day! Our technician, Lyle, was extremely nice, courteous, and respectful of our home. The service was excellent, and Lyle' s work was high quality; my husband said the door works better now than it ever has! I was very impressed. If we ever need work done on our garage door in the future, we will be calling Precision Doors again!
