Certainly 5 stars! I saw one of the trucks in my area and decided to call. Just tired of looking at the same door for nearly 30 years. What a change! Having the windows makes such a difference too. Expectations met. Installers, Shane and Gerard (sorry if names misspelled) were the professionals you always hope for. Great reps for Precision Door. Now can’t wait to get the exterior painted. Thanks????

The guys that came seemed annoyed that they were here. I told the person on the phone when I made my appt my max budget, she sent them here anyway.. I told them that and they were not interested in being here.. And poked fun of the age of our garage door and its condition.. No thank you to that kind of service.

I was given a time of 0800-1100 for my appointment to repair my garage door. Dillon Daughtry called and said he would be at my home by 0830. He arrived on-time, and got to work. My existing unit was damaged by surge from lightning strike. Precision Door made me a same day appointment. They came early and gave me quotes for both repairing my existing 8 year old unit or replacing it. I opted to replace for newer, quieter unit with 8 year warrant.y. Work was done to my satisfaction
