Not at all happy. Seems like a scam company. Service guy quotes impossibly high price for job. More interested in getting the service call fee or should I take the bait, overcharging for repairs. Not recommended.

Stephanie, Though we have decided to use another provider for our garage door replacements, I want you to know that our decision had nothing to do with our experience with Nick, your technician. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and we felt he was an excellent representative of Precision. He was quick to alert a co worker to bring samples, and he went out of his way to make sure we understood our needs for new doors. We will gladly recommend Nick and Precision to any one asking for a recommendation. Our decision to go elsewhere was based entirely on design and price point. Chip Serrell PS. Had excellent service from Nick Sager, even though my garage door opener ended up being ok - it was just out of whack from my husband moving the sensor. Nick called ahead to say when he was coming, he arrived promptly, was very courteous, and informed me about maintenance and operation of my garage door in case something might come up again. He did a 5 star job!

Door stopped working less within hours of tech leaving. Wondering now if were scammed by your tech into doing $983 worth of work when maybe the issue was defective wiring to a $50 door opener button. We told you tech that we thought it was in the low voltage wiring. He told us it was the computer board in the opener. Now, after paying close to $1,000 for it all to be replaced - the door opener button is not working the same as before.

Unfortunately from time to time, as good as our techs are, they miss something. I can only apologize and know that you were immediately taken care of when you let us know there was an issue. Thank you for such quick & professional service. I had a run in with my garage door at 6pm on Saturday evening when the weather had turned very cold. I googled garage repair & what caught my eye was 24/7 repairs. I called & the person taking the call was nice & had me set up to receive a call from one of their techs soon. Scheduled me for service between 7p-9p. The tech was Billy Tackett and he was so nice, had all the necessary tools to fix my problem and set me up with a new opener motor that I needed desperately. AND he set my car button to open the door, I had my new car for three years and could never get it to set. Thank You Billy! I'm very impressed with Billy and Precision!!

My opener failed because the installing Tec created a loose wireing connection when he installed the opener. I paid a service call for a mistake made by your installer. The tec that corrected the problem connection listed a failed plastic roller on the invoice. I have no plastic rollers on the doors, they are all steel and none have failed. The amount of the invoice is not concerning but paying for your instalition mistakes is.

We replaced a dated and broken extension spring system with a pair of torsion spring systems. Billy was extremely personable and knowledgeable which gave great confidence in his credibility. This was the best experience I ever had with a service provider. I was grumpy, the fence gate had just broken, and I had the day from hades. The service provider had a new quote, and could install the door opener that afternoon. Done. Wish all my interactions were that perfect.
