Review:

Six years ago we purchased two garage doors from Precision Door and all went well. This week three panels needed replacing and nothing went well. After an estimate, they require half the cost to be paid before anything work could be done - this should have been a warning to me! On the day of installation, no one showed up. The next day, after repeated phone calls where each time I was assured that a manager or scheduler would calls back, I finally got a call in the late afternoon rescheduling the installation. When the installer arrived, the wrong size panels had been ordered and installation was again delayed.

I seen that you were sent the wrong panel out and this was the cause of your issues you had. I know this has been corrected and you have also spoken to the General Manager and we have agreed and have sent you a refund check for all of the headaches. I do apologize.
